      Hubungan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat, Konsumsi Pangan dan Status Kesehatan dengan Status Gizi Santri Daarul Rahman

      Abstract
      Clean and healthy living behavior is influenced by the environment, the characteristics of santri, and the knowledge and the practice. The aim is to analyze knowledge and PHBS practice, food consumption and healthy status and their relationship to nutritional status. The study design was cross sectional with 90 students. Subjects were adolescent aged 15–18 years in Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School Jakarta. The majority of students had good knowledge and PHBS practices (87.9% and 63.6%). 92.2% had good healthy status. The energy adequacy level (84.6%) is classified as less than the recommended 100-<130% RDA. The types of food most frequently consumed by the majority of respondents were staple foods, vegetable side dishes, and vegetables. The types of foods that were rarely consumed were animal and fruit side dishes. The majority of respondents (83.3%) had normal nutritional status, only there were a small part of the respondents who were underweight and overweight. The result of Chi Square test showed that was a significant relationship between mother’s occupation with clean and healthy behaviour, and results of the correlation test showed there was a significant relationship between PHBS practice and environment perception (r=0.311, p=0.003) and there was no significant relationship between the consumption food and the nutritional status and no significant relationship between knowledge, PHBS practice, the healthy status, with the nutritional status.
