dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini mengkaji fenomena Urban Heat Island (UHI) yang menguat di Kota Mataram, NTB, akibat pertumbuhan populasi dan urbanisasi. Menggunakan ArcMap, InVEST UCM, Excel, dan Minitab, studi ini mengidentifikasi area UHI, menganalisis korelasi dengan faktor sosial-ekonomi (listrik, PDRB, populasi, RTH), serta merumuskan strategi mitigasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan suhu permukaan dan perluasan UHI di pusat kota. Zona prioritas mitigasi ditemukan di Ampenan, Cakranegara, Mataram, didominasi area terbangun. UHI berkorelasi positif dengan instalasi listrik, PDRB, lahan terbangun, populasi, dan pengeluaran rumah tangga, namun negatif dengan RTH. Rekomendasi mencakup intervensi mitigasi sesuai jenis lahan dan kebijakan RTH strategis
dc.description.abstractThis research examines the intensifying Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon in Mataram City, NTB, due to population growth and urbanization. Utilizing ArcMap, InVEST UCM, Excel, and Minitab, this study identifies UHI areas, analyzes correlations with socio-economic factors (electricity, GRDP, population, green open space), and formulates mitigation strategies. Results indicate a significant increase in surface temperatures and UHI expansion in urban centers. Priority mitigation zones were identified in Ampenan, Cakranegara, and Mataram, predominantly in built-up areas. UHI positively correlates with electricity installations, GRDP, built-up land, population, and household expenditure, but negatively with green open space. Recommendations include land-use specific mitigation interventions and strategic green open space policies.
