      Abstract

Production planning is an important aspect of a company's operations that has various objectives to achieve. In this process, there is often fuzzy uncertainty regarding the information related to these objectives. This study aims to model the production planning problem with more than one objective function through a fuzzy goal programming (FGP) approach. The uncertainty in the objective functions is addressed using fuzzy membership functions. The FGP model is formulated using the max-min Bellman-Zadeh approach and implemented in the production planning of a home-based bakery using Lingo 11.0 software. The optimized objective functions include maximizing profit and minimizing production time. The implementation results show that the optimal bread production level can maximize profit and minimize production time. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of a production planning model that is more adaptive to uncertainty.
