Kopi Robusta sebagai komoditas unggulan bernilai ekonomi tinggi di
Indonesia memerlukan pemangkasan tepat untuk hasil panen optimal dan kualitas
buah baik. Namun, Karyawan Harian Lepas di PTPN I Regional 5 Kebun Bangelan
menghadapi kendala keterampilan pemangkasan yang berdampak langsung pada
produktivitas dan mutu kopi. Menanggapi ini, sebuah program penyuluhan
dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemangkasan
KHL sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur. Penelitian ini bertujuan
mengidentifikasi masalah KHL di divisi pangkas, memberikan pelatihan teknis, dan
mengevaluasi efektivitas penyuluhan. Metodologi studi mencakup observasi,
wawancara, Focus Group Discussion, pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur
perubahan pengetahuan, dan kuesioner untuk menilai dampak program. Hasil
penelitian diharapkan berkontribusi meningkatkan keterampilan pemangkasan
KHL, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan produktivitas kopi Robusta di Kebun
Bangelan Bantaran.

Robusta coffee leading a commodity of high economic value in Indonesia,
necessitates precise pruning for optimal yields and good fruit quality. However,
seasonal workers at PTPN I Regional 5 Kebun Bangelan face challenges in pruning
skills, which directly impact coffee productivity and quality. To address this, an
extension program was implemented to enhance seasonal workers knowledge and
pruning skills in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. This study aims
to identify the pruning-related issues faced by seasonal workers, provide relevant
technical training, and evaluate the effectiveness of the extension activities. The
study's methodology includes observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussions,
pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement, and questionnaires to
assess program impact. The research findings are expected to contribute to
improving seasonal workers pruning skills, ultimately increasing Robusta coffee
productivity at Kebun Bangelan Bantaran.
