      Strategi Pengembangan Desa Wisata Berdasarkan Persepsi Masyarakat Desa Batulayang Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      Desa Batulayang memiliki potensi wisata alam dan budaya yang signifikan dalam mendukung pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Namun, keterbatasan dalam promosi digital dan rendahnya kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan usaha menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan desa wisata yang relevan, aplikatif, dan berbasis potensi lokal guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Februari–Mei 2025 dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua strategi utama, yaitu: (1) penguatan promosi digital melalui video dokumenter edukatif, dan (2) pelatihan pembuatan produk oleh-oleh ramah lingkungan dari minyak jelantah. Strategi ini disusun berdasarkan partisipasi masyarakat serta potensi lokal yang dimiliki desa, sehingga mampu mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi secara terencana dan berkelanjutan melalui pengembangan desa wisata.
       
      Batulayang Village possesses significant natural and cultural tourism potential that contributes to the sustainable development of the local economy. However, limited digital promotion and the low capacity of the community in managing tourism businesses have become major obstacles. This study aims to formulate relevant and applicable tourism village development strategies based on local potential to improve community welfare. The research was conducted from February to May 2025 using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SWOT approach to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in tourism development. The results of the study reveal two main strategies: (1) strengthening digital promotion through educational documentary videos, and (2) training in the production of environmentally friendly souvenirs made from used cooking oil. These strategies are designed based on community participation and the village’s local potential, thereby enabling planned and sustainable economic empowerment through tourism village development.
