      Pembuatan Modul Pendataan Hasil Pengetesan Alat Produksi Aplikasi Inventory Berbasis Website

      Abstract
      PT XYZ ingin melakukan transformasi digital dengan mengganti sistem pendataan menggunakan excel menjadi sistem berbasis website. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pembuatan aplikasi inventory berbasis website khususnya pada modul pendataan hasil pengetesan alat produksi guna membantu tim Workshop dalam proses pendataan, pelaporan, dan monitoring alat produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancangan dan mengimplementasikan modul pendataan hasil pengetesan alat produksi yang dilengkapi dengan fitur halaman proses quality control, form pengetesan dan pendataan, hasil test, riwayat, surat hasil pengetesan, dan dashboard. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah , dengan menggunakan framework Laravel. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan telah berhasil diimplementasikan dan digunakan oleh tim Workshop. pengetesan dilakukan menggunakan metode black box testing dengan 21 skenario uji dan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada seluruh skenario.
       
      PT XYZ aims to undergo digital transformation by replacing its Excel-based data management system with a web-based application. Therefore, a web-based inventory application was developed, specifically focusing on the module for recording production equipment testing results. This initiative is intended to assist the Workshop team in managing data collection, reporting, and monitoring of production equipment. The objective of this study is to design and implement a module for recording production equipment testing results, equipped with features such as a QC process page, testing and data entry form, test results, test history, test report letter, and dashboard. The development method used is Scrum, and the system was built using the Laravel framework. The results of the study show that the system has been successfully implemented and is now being used by the Workshop team. Testing was carried out using the black box testing method with 21 test scenarios, all of which achieved a 100% success rate.
