      TEKNIK EDITING MONTAGE DALAM PRODUKSI VIDEO PROMOSI LAYANAN INFORMASI KEPARIWISATAAN KOTA BOGOR

      Abstract
      Tugas Akhir ini berfokus pada pembuatan video promosi layanan informasi kepariwisataan Kota Bogor dengan menerapkan teknik penyuntingan montage sebagai metode utama dalam pengolahan visual. Proyek ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Bogor untuk memperkenalkan platform digital LAKSA (Layanan Informasi Kepariwisataan dan Kebudayaan) secara menarik, komunikatif, dan sesuai dengan karakter media sosial. LAKSA berfungsi sebagai media informasi daring yang memudahkan wisatawan dan masyarakat untuk mengakses data terkait destinasi wisata, agenda kebudayaan, serta potensi ekonomi kreatif di Kota Bogor.Proses pelaksanaan proyek dibagi menjadi tiga tahap utama, yaitu perencanaan, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Tahap perencanaan mencakup diskusi dengan mitra untuk memahami kebutuhan promosi, identifikasi target audiens, penyusunan konsep kreatif, dan pembuatan storyboard. Tahap produksi dilakukan melalui pengambilan gambar di lokasi-lokasi strategis, meliputi objek wisata, pusat kegiatan budaya, dan sentra ekonomi kreatif, dengan mempertimbangkan komposisi, pencahayaan, dan sudut pengambilan gambar. Pascaproduksi dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi CapCut, dengan fokus pada pengaturan ritme visual, pemilihan urutan gambar, dan penyesuaian durasi potongan antara 2–9 detik. Penyuntingan mengutamakan kesinambungan emosional dan naratif tanpa mengandalkan dialog verbal, sehingga pesan disampaikan melalui kekuatan gambar dan musik pengiring. Hasil akhir berupa dua video promosi, yaitu video pariwisata berdurasi 9 menit dan video ekonomi kreatif berdurasi 6 menit. Penerapan teknik montage terbukti efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi visual secara padat, estetis, dan memikat, sekaligus mendukung strategi promosi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Bogor dalam membangun citra kota sebagai destinasi wisata modern, kreatif, dan informatif di era digital.
       
      This final project focuses on the creation of a promotional video for the tourism information services of the city of Bogor, using montage editing techniques as the primary method of visual processing. This project is motivated by the need of the Bogor City Tourism and Culture Department to introduce the LAKSA digital platform (Tourism and Culture Information Service) in an engaging, communicative, and social media-appropriate manner. LAKSA serves as an online information platform that facilitates tourists and the public in accessing data related to tourist destinations, cultural events, and creative economic potential in the City of Bogor. The project implementation process is divided into three main stages: planning, production, and post-production. The planning stage includes discussions with partners to understand promotional needs, identify the target audience, develop a creative concept, and create a storyboard. The production stage involves filming at strategic locations, including tourist attractions, cultural activity centers, and creative economic hubs, considering composition, lighting, and camera angles. Post-production was carried out using the CapCut application, with a focus on visual rhythm settings, image sequence selection, and duration adjustments of between 2–9 seconds. Editing prioritized emotional and narrative continuity without relying on verbal dialogue, so that the message was conveyed through the power of images and accompanying music. The final result consists of two promotional videos: a 9-minute tourism video and a 6-minute creative economy video. The application of montage techniques proved effective in conveying visual information in a concise, aesthetic, and engaging manner, while supporting the promotional strategy of the Bogor City Tourism and Culture Department in building the city’s image as a modern, creative, and informative tourist destination in the digital age.
