| dc.description.abstract | Bahro Milk terdapat kelebihan produksi susu yang tidak terserap oleh pasar yang menyebabkan susu menjadi rusak. Hal ini menjadi peluang bagi Bahro Milk untuk mendirikan diversifikasi produk yaitu body lotion. Tujuan perencanaan bisnis ini adalah untuk mengetahui suatu perencanaan bisnis pada analisis nilai tambah metode hayami, aspek non finansial, dan aspek finansial. Hasil analisis nilai tambah hayami sebesar 60,41 persen. Komponen perencanaan dari aspek non finansial dapat dikatakan layak. Hasil dari aspek finansial menunjukan bahwa bisnis baru body lotion menguntungkan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp351.101.271, Net B/C sebesar 4,03, Gross B/C sebesar 1,21, IRR sebesar 61 persen, dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 7 bulan. Perusahaan perlu memperkuat strategi pemasarannya dengan media sosial untuk memperkenalkan body lotion. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Bahro Milk has excess milk production that is not absorbed by the market which causes the milk to be damaged. This is an opportunity for Bahro Milk to establish product diversification, namely body lotion. The purpose of this business plan is to determine a business plan based on the hayami methods value added analysis, non-financial aspects, and financial aspects. The results of the hayami value added analysis are 60.41 percent. The planning component from the non-financial aspect can be said to be feasible. The results from the financial aspect show that the new body lotion business is profitable with an NPV value of Rp351,101,271, Net B/C of 4.03, Gross B/C of 1.21, an IRR of 61 percent, and Payback Period of 2 years and 7 months. The company needs to strengthen its marketing strategy with social media to introduce body lotion. | |
