dc.description.abstractSetiap perusahaan, termasuk PT Noah Han Semesta yang bergerak di bidang budidaya dan ekspor tanaman hias serta sayuran, tidak terlepas dari risiko operasional yang dapat mengganggu keberlangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan memetakan risiko operasional yang dihadapi perusahaan, serta menyusun strategi mitigasi yang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan focus group discussion. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode pemetaan risiko Godfrey berdasarkan skala frekuensi dan dampak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh risiko operasional utama, di mana risiko dengan tingkat kritis meliputi tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan dan rendahnya keterampilan tenaga kerja. Sementara itu, risiko dengan tingkat rendah di antaranya adalah ketidakefisienan proses produksi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, perusahaan disarankan menerapkan pendekatan sistematis melalui peningkatan kompensasi, program pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta penggunaan teknologi pengendalian lingkungan. Dengan strategi tersebut, PT Noah Han Semesta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mencapai keberlanjutan jangka panjang.
dc.description.abstractEvery company, including PT Noah Han Semesta which is engaged in the cultivation and export of ornamental plants and vegetables is inevitably exposed to operational risks that may disrupt business continuity. This study aims to identify, analyze, and map the operational risks faced by the company, as well as to formulate appropriate mitigation strategies. A qualitative approach was employed, using interviews, observations, and focus group discussions as data collection techniques. The analysis utilized the Godfrey risk mapping method based on frequency and impact scales. The findings reveal seven major operational risks, with the most critical being high employee turnover and low employee skill levels. Meanwhile, risks such as production inefficiencies are categorized as low-level risks. To address these issues, the company is advised to implement a systematic approach, including enhanced compensation, continuous training programs, and the adoption of environmental control technologies. These strategies are expected to improve operational efficiency and support long-term sustainability for PT Noah Han Semesta.
