      Evaluasi Kinerja Implemen Bucket Loader dengan Traktor Roda Empat untuk Penyiapan Lahan

      Abstract
      Penyiapan lahan merupakan tahap awal yang penting dalam kegiatan budidaya pertanian, membutuhkan tenaga kerja besar dan waktu yang lama, serta efisiensi tinggi. Implemen bucket loader merupakan rancangan UPJA Sri Rahayu untuk mendukung penyiapan lahan secara efisien menggunakan traktor roda empat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja implemen secara terukur dengan menentukan efektivitas dan efisiensinya dalam penyiapan lahan dan pengangkutan di lahan pertanian. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis parameter teknis, uji fungsional pengerukan, pengangkutan, pemindahan material, dan evaluasi kinerja serta pemberian saran perbaikan desain berdasarkan performa aktual. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengukur kapasitas muat, waktu operasional, konsumsi bahan bakar, dan kapasitas lapang, serta analisis kekuatannya dengan simulasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa implemen mampu mengangkut rata-rata 147,1 kg tanah dengan waktu 69,1 detik per siklus, volume aktual 0,157 m³. Kapasitas muat teoritis 0,229 m³ pada tanah lembab dan 0,295 m³ pada tanah kering. Kapasitas kerja mencapai 7.762,06 kg/jam dengan efisiensi lapang 76,15% dan konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 0,960 liter atau 61,54 l/ha. Desain struktur dinyatakan aman dan stabil berdasarkan hasil simulasi dan observasi lapangan. Penggunaan implemen ini membantu mempercepat proses kerja di lapangan serta meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan efektivitas operasional. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah potensi penggunaan alat secara luas dalam modernisasi pertanian di lahan.
       
      Land preparation is a crucial initial stage in agricultural cultivation, requiring large labor and long time, and high efficiency. The bucket loader implement developed by UPJA Sri Rahayu was designed to support more efficient land preparation when operated with a four-wheel tractor. This study aims to evaluate the implement’s performance quantitatively by measuring its effectiveness and efficiency in performing soil handling and material transport on agricultural land. The research methods included technical parameter analysis, functional testing of digging, transporting, and dumping material, performance evaluation, and structural improvement recommendations based on field performance. Tests measured loading capacity, operation time, fuel consumption, field capacity, and structural strength through simulation. The implement was capable of transporting an average of 147,1 kg of soil per 69,1-second cycle, with an actual bucket volume of 0,157 m³. Theoretical bucket capacities reached 0,229 m³ in moist soil and 0,295 m³ in dry conditions. The implement achieved a work rate of 7.762,06 kg/hour with a field efficiency of 76,15% and fuel consumption of 0,960 liters or 61,54 l/ha. The structure was confirmed safe and stable based on simulation and field observations. This implement contributes to faster field operations and improved time efficiency and operational effectiveness. The findings indicate its potential for broader use in agricultural mechanization.
