Integrasi Payment Gateway dan Tracking Pesanan pada E-Commerce Perusahaan Jasa Telekomunikasi
Abstract
Perusahaan jasa telekomunikasi menghadapi kendala dalam proses transaksi dan pelacakan pesanan karena sistem manual. Pelanggan diharuskan melakukan pembayaran melalui transfer bank dan mengonfirmasi secara terpisah kepada admin, yang menyebabkan proses transaksi menjadi rumit dan dapat menurunkan kepercayaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem e-commerce yang mengintegrasikan payment gateway dan fitur tracking pesanan untuk menyederhanakan proses pembayaran dan pemantauan pesanan. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan metode scrum dan diuji menggunakan black-box testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh skenario berhasil dieksekusi 100%, termasuk perubahan status pesanan secara otomatis dalam waktu maksimal 3 detik setelah menerima notifikasi berhasil dari Midtrans. Fitur tracking juga berhasil menampilkan status pengiriman terkini melalui integrasi API Biteship dan komponen visual stepper. Sistem yang dikembangkan ini berhasil mendukung kemudahan transaksi digital dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dalam memantau pesanan secara mandiri. A telecommunications service company was facing challenges in transaction processing and order tracking due to its manual systems. Customers were required to make payments via bank transfer and confirm separately with an administrator, which complicated the transaction process and could reduce customer trust. This research aimed to develop an e-commerce system that integrated a payment gateway and an order tracking feature to simplify payments and order monitoring. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with the scrum method and was tested through black-box testing. The testing results showed that all scenarios were successfully executed 100%, including the automatic change of order status within a maximum of 3 seconds upon receiving successful notifications from Midtrans. The tracking feature also successfully displayed the latest delivery status through Biteship API integration and a visual stepper component. This developed system successfully supported the ease of digital transactions and enhanced the customer experience in independently monitoring their orders.
