      Abstract

The health product company plans to expand production by 263.06% which will have an impact on increasing the generation of hazardous and toxic waste (B3). This increase causes the temporary storage area (TPS) of B3 waste that currently exists is no longer adequate and has some non-compliance with the latest regulations. This study aims to evaluate the current B3 waste management, predict the number of post-expansion B3 waste generation, and prepare technical details documents for the construction of a new B3 waste TPS. The method used is a simple linear regression analysis to project waste generation. The results of the analysis showed the prediction of B3 waste generation will increase to 61,164.94 kg per week, with a strong correlation value (64.8%) between total production and B3 waste generation. The company will build two new polling stations, namely the main polling station and a special polling station for AlCl3 sludge waste. Technical detail documents have been prepared in accordance with current regulations, including detailed designs, technical specifications, and management systems that will be the company's reference in building a new TPS that meets the standards.
