| dc.description.abstract | PT Adhyata Sejahtera Indonesia (PT ASI) merupakan perusahaan jasa konsultasi investasi yang berfokus pada investor Usaha Mikro Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), baik domestik maupun internasional. Sebagai perusahaan yang beroperasi di sektor jasa konsultasi investasi, PT ASI menghadapi tantangan dalam memperkuat daya saingnya, meningkatkan nilai layanan, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis PT ASI menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC), mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi perusahaan, merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis melalui analisis SWOT dan IE Matrix, menentukan strategi prioritas menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) dan menyusun model bisnis perbaikan menggunakan BMC dan hasil penelitian dari tahap sebelumnya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling), dengan tiga responden internal serta lima responden eksternal yang berasal dari pemerintah, asosiasi bisnis, dan mitra bisnis PT ASI. Model bisnis PT ASI dianalisis menggunakan BMC untuk mengidentifikasi sembilan elemen utama operasional perusahaan. Analisis faktor internal dilakukan dengan pendekatan RBV-VRIO, sedangkan faktor eksternal dievaluasi menggunakan metode pengamatan lingkungan alam, sosial dan penugasan (Wheelen et al. 2015) dan matriks EFE. Hasil analisis Matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa PT ASI berada pada kuadran V (hold and maintain), yang merekomendasikan strategi utama berupa penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk.
Alternatif strategi tersebut kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan QSPM untuk menentukan prioritas implementasi. Hasil QSPM menunjukkan bahwa strategi optimalisasi jaringan bisnis (7,769), peningkatan nilai layanan (7,484), dan komunikasi proaktif kebijakan pemerintah (7,380) merupakan tiga strategi utama yang perlu diimplementasikan PT ASI. Optimalisasi jaringan bisnis bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses business matching dan memperluas akses klien ke mitra potensial. Peningkatan nilai layanan dilakukan dengan menawarkan paket layanan modular dan memberikan analisis kebijakan secara berkala kepada klien. Sementara itu, komunikasi proaktif kebijakan pemerintah dilakukan dengan menyediakan buletin digital dan menyelenggarakan seminar serta diskusi panel dengan pemangku kepentingan.
Sebagai hasil dari analisis strategis, penelitian ini juga merumuskan perbaikan Business Model Canvas (BMC) PT ASI guna mendukung implementasi strategi yang telah ditentukan. Perbaikan dilakukan pada enam dari sembilan elemen utama BMC, termasuk Mitra Kunci, Aktivitas Kunci, Sumber Daya Kunci, Proposisi Nilai, Hubungan Klien, dan Saluran. PT ASI menambahkan kemitraan dengan penyedia teknologi AI dan aplikasi manajemen proyek untuk meningkatkan efisiensi riset pasar dan business matching. Selain itu, aktivitas utama perusahaan

diperluas dengan penyampaian buletin kebijakan dan pengembangan platform interaktif bagi klien. Peningkatan hubungan klien dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan media sosial, chatbot, dan layanan digital lainnya untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan keterlibatan klien.
Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan model bisnis jasa konsultasi investasi. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi, peningkatan sumber daya manusia, serta optimalisasi strategi komunikasi dan kemitraan bisnis. | dc.description.abstract | PT Adhyata Sejahtera Indonesia (PT ASI) is an investment consulting services company focused on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) investors, both domestic and international. As a company operating in the investment consulting services sector, PT ASI faces challenges in strengthening its competitiveness, enhancing service value, and expanding market reach. Therefore, this study aims to analyze PT ASI's business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), identify internal and external factors affecting the company, formulate business development strategies through SWOT and IE Matrix analysis, determine priority strategies using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), and develop an improved business model using BMC and findings from the previous research stages.
This study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of three internal respondents and five external respondents from the government, business associations, and PT ASI's business partners. PT ASI's business model is analyzed using BMC to identify the nine key elements of the company’s operations. Internal factor analysis is conducted using the Resource-Based View (RBV) and VRIO approach, while external factors are evaluated using observation on nature, social and task environment (Wheelen et al. 2015) and the EFE matrix. The results of the IE Matrix analysis indicate that PT ASI falls into quadrant V (hold and maintain), recommending market penetration and product development as the primary strategies.
These findings were incorporated into the SWOT Matrix, resulting in seven alternative strategies that PT ASI can implement to strengthen its position in the investment consulting services industry. These alternative strategies were then evaluated using QSPM to determine their implementation priority. The QSPM results indicate that optimizing business networks (7.769), enhancing service value (7.484), and proactive communication of government policies (7.380) are the top three strategies that PT ASI should implement. Business network optimization aims to accelerate the business matching process and expand client access to potential partners. Service value enhancement is carried out by offering modular service packages and providing regular policy analysis to clients. Meanwhile, proactive communication of government policies is achieved through digital bulletins and organizing seminars and panel discussions with stakeholders.
As a result of the strategic analysis, this study also proposes improvements to PT ASI's Business Model Canvas (BMC) to support the implementation of the identified strategies. Improvements were made to six of the nine key BMC elements, including Key Partners, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Proposition, Customer Relationships, and Channels. PT ASI added partnerships with AI technology and project management tool providers to enhance the efficiency of market research and business matching. Additionally, the company

expanded its key activities by introducing policy update bulletins and developing an interactive platform for clients. Customer relationship improvements were made by optimizing social media, chatbots, and other digital services to increase accessibility and client engagement.
This research contributes to the development of business models in investment consulting services. The managerial implications emphasize the importance of leveraging technology, enhancing human resources, and optimizing communication strategies and business partnerships to increase the company's competitiveness in the investment consulting services industry. | |
