      Abstract
      Sebagai waralaba UMKM di bidang kuliner, Gerobak Listrik Angkringan menghadapi kendala dalam proses pelaporan penjualan terwaralaba yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti ketidaksesuaian data serta kurangnya transparansi yang memengaruhi efektivitas pemantauan kinerja terwaralaba. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan situs web pelaporan bulanan menggunakan metode prototyping agar proses pelaporan lebih terstruktur, akurat, dan mudah diakses secara digital. Metode prototyping dipilih karena memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara iteratif melalui tahapan communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype, deployment delivery & feedback. Situs web dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan Laragon sebagai server lokal, serta diuji menggunakan black-box testing. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan sistem berhasil menyederhanakan proses pelaporan, mempercepat rekapitulasi, dan meningkatkan transparansi antara pewaralaba dan terwaralaba. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung operasional UMKM secara efisien dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis berbasis digital.
       
      As a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) franchise in the culinary sector, Gerobak Listrik Angkringan faces challenges in the franchise sales reporting process, which is still conducted manually. This manual process causes various issues such as data inconsistencies and a lack of transparency, which impact the effectiveness of monitoring franchise performance. This study aims to develop a monthly reporting website using the prototyping method to make the reporting process more structured, accurate, and easily accessible in digital form. The prototyping method was chosen because it allows for iterative system development through the stages of communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of prototype, deployment delivery, and feedback. The website was developed using the Laravel framework with Laragon as the local server and tested using black-box testing. The development results show that the system successfully simplifies the reporting process, speeds up data recapitulation, and improves transparency between franchisors and franchisees. This system is expected to support SME operations efficiently and promote digital transformation in business growth.
