      Validasi Metode Penentuan Kadar Diklofenak Dietilamin sebagai Bahan Obat Pereda Nyeri menggunakan Titrasi Bebas Air

      Abstract
      Diklofenak dietilamin adalah obat anti-inflamasi nonsteroid yang paling umum digunakan untuk mengurangi peradangan dan nyeri. Diklofenak dietilamin bersifat sedikit larut air sehingga kadarnya ditentukan dengan metode titrasi bebas air. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan bahwa metode penentuan kadar diklofenak dietilamin menggunakan titrasi bebas air memberikan hasil yang dapat dipercaya. Parameter-parameter yang digunakan pada validasi metode, yaitu uji linearitas, batas deteksi, batas kuantitasi, akurasi, presisi, ketangguhan, dan ketahanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini telah memenuhi syarat parameter validasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode titrasi bebas air memiliki potensi untuk digunakan sebagai alternatif yang lebih sederhana, cepat, dan akurat sehingga metode ini layak diterapkan dalam pengujian mutu diklofenak dietilamin sebagai bahan baku dalam industri farmasi.
       
      Diclofenac diethylamine was a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used to reduce inflammation and pain. Diclofenac diethylamine was slightly water soluble so its content was determined using a non-aqueous titration method. This study aimed to demonstrate that the method for determining the content of diclofenac diethylamine using non-aqueous titration provided reliable results. The method validation parameters used included linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantitation, accuracy, precision, ruggedness, and robustness. The results showed that the method met the validation parameter requirements. The findings in this study indicated that the non-aqueous titration method had the potential to be used as a simpler, faster, and more accurate alternative so that this method was feasible to be applied in testing the quality of diclofenac diethylamine as a raw material in the pharmaceutical industry.
