Orientasi Masa Depan Anak oleh Orang Tua pada Keluarga Miskin di Desa Nanggung, Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Keluarga miskin menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan, seperti hambatan ekonomi dan lingkungan yang kurang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakteristik kepala keluarga, faktor ekologi perkembangan anak, dan orientasi masa depan anak pada keluarga miskin. Selain itu, menganalisis hubungan dari karakteristik kepala keluarga dan faktor ekologi perkembangan anak dengan orientasi masa depan anak pada keluarga miskin. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Nanggung, Bogor menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif didukung data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 40 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor ekologi perkembangan anak tergolong belum baik, namun orientasi masa depan anak cenderung baik. Tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga berhubungan signifikan positif dengan orientasi masa depan anak aspek representasi kognitif, sementara jumlah anak berhubungan signifikan negatif dengan orientasi masa depan anak aspek perilaku. Faktor ekologi perkembangan anak berhubungan signifikan positif dengan orientasi masa depan anak aspek motivasional.

Poor families face various limitations, such as economic constraints and less supportive environments. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the head of the family, ecological factors of child development, and future orientation of children in poor families. In addition, it analyzes the relationship between the characteristics of the head of family and ecological factors of child development with future orientation of children in poor families. The study was conducted in Nanggung Village, Bogor using quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires to 40 respondents selected using a purposive sampling and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Qualitative data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with informants selected purposively. The results show that ecological factors of child development are classified as not yet optimal, but children's future orientation tends to be good. The level of education of the head of family is significantly positively related to children's future orientation in cognitive representation aspect, while the number of children is significantly negatively related to children's future orientation in behavioral aspect. Ecological factors of child development are significantly positively related to children's future orientation in motivational aspect.
