      Pengembangan Bisnis Balok Pupuk Organik untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Bodogol Edufarm di Kabupaten Sukabumi

      Abstract
      Produksi pupuk organik dari kotoran domba yang tidak dikelola dengan baik, memiliki permintaan yang cukup tinggi. Kotoran domba yang tidak dikembangkan itu memiliki nilai tambah yang cukup tinggi jika diperjual belikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan pengembangan bisnis yang tepat bagi Bodogol EduFarm ditinjau dari aspek non finansial, finansial, dan nilai tambah. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah analisis non finansial, analisis finansial, dan metode Hayami. Analisis non finansial yang dianalisis yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek produksi, aspek organisasi dan manajemen, aspek manajemen sumber daya manusia, aspek legalitas, dan aspek kolaborasi. Analisis finansial menunjukkan bahwa bisnis layak diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp122.771.385, Net B/C 3,77, Gross B/C 1,46, IRR 92% dan payback period 3,21. Nilai tambah metode Hayami diperoleh dengan nilai Rp65.905 atau 95% termasuk dalam kategori nilai tambah tinggi.
       
      The production of organic fertilizer from poorly managed sheep manure has a fairly high demand. This unprocessed sheep manure has a fairly high added value when sold. The purpose of this study is to formulate an appropriate business development plan for Bodogol EduFarm from non-financial, financial, and added value perspectives. The research methods used include non-financial analysis, financial analysis, and the Hayami method. The non-financial aspects analyzed include market and marketing aspects, production aspects, organizational and management aspects, human resource management aspects, legal aspects, and collaboration aspects. Financial analysis indicates that the business is viable with a NPV of Rp122,064,326, Net B/C of 3.76, Gross B/C of 1.46, IRR of 92% and payback period of 3.22. The value added using the Hayami method is Rp65,905 or 95%, which falls into the high value added category.
