Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (Rab) Menggunakan Ms Excel Pada Umkm Konveksi Ravi Store

Abstract

Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) Menggunakan MS Excel pada UMKM Konveksi Ravi Store adalah untuk membantu pengelolaan keuangan UMKM dengan membuat RAB yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menganalisis masalah Konveksi Ravi Store dalam menyusun RAB secara manual dan merancang sistem penyusunan RAB dengan Microsoft Excel. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan instruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan Microsoft Excel saat menyusun RAB dapat meningkatkan proses pengelolaan anggaran secara efektif, akurat, dan mudah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Microsoft Excel mempercepat proses penyusunan RAB dan membuat data lebih fleksibel jika harga berubah. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan membantu pertumbuhan UMKM, terutama dalam hal meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan meminimalkan risiko kerugian. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan RAB yang sistematis dan terstruktur dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mengontrol biaya dan pengmabilan keputusan. Preparation of Cost Budget Plan (RAB) Using MS Excel at UMKM KONVEKSI Ravi Store is to help manage UMKM finances by creating more efficient and effective RAB. In this study, the author analyzes the problems of Konveksi Ravi Store in compiling RAB manually and designs a RAB preparation system with Microsoft Excel. To collect data, the author uses observation, interviews, and instructions. The results of the study show that using Microsoft Excel when compiling RAB can improve the budget management process effectively, accurately, and easily. The evaluation results show that the use of Microsoft Excel speeds up the RAB preparation process and makes data more flexible if prices change. It is hoped that this study will help the growth of UMKM, especially in terms of improving financial management capabilities and minimizing the risk of loss. Therefore, the preparation of a systematic and structured RAB can be an effective tool for controlling costs and decision making.
