      Produktivitas Dan Biaya Angkutan Getah Pinus Menggunakan Sepeda Motor Modifikasi Di Berbagai Kondisi Jalan

      Abstract
      Pengangkutan getah pinus dilakukan untuk mengeluarkan getah pinus dari hutan pinus ke tempat pengumpulan getah. Pengangkutan getah pinus di KPH Cianjur menggunakan motor modifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung produktivitas pengangkutan getah pinus menggunakan motor modifikasi pada berbagai kondisi jalan dan menganalisis biaya pengangkutan getah pinus menggunakan motor modifikasi pada berbagai kondisi jalan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis produktivitas dengan analisis waktu kerja, dan analisis biaya. Produktivitas pengangkutan di rute pengangkutan TPG Ciasmai dengan kondisi jalan tanah sebesar 205,24 kg/jam, produktivitas pengangkutan di rute pengangkutan Pasir Nangka dengan kondisi jalan batu dan beton sebesar 183,96 km/jam, dan produktivitas pengangkutan di TPG Citiis dengan kondisi jalan beton sebesar 158,98 kg/jam. Biaya pengangkutan pada rute TPG Ciasmai sebesar Rp349,39/kg, dan biaya pengangkutan pada TPG Citiis sebesar Rp519,51/kg. Produkrivitas dan biaya angkutan dipengaruhi oleh jarak angkutan, kondisi jalan, dan kemiringan jalan.
       
      Pine resin transportation is carried out to remove pine resin from the pine forest to the resin collection point. The transportation of pine resin in KPH Cianjur uses a modified motorcycle. This study aims to calculate the productivity of pine resin transportation using modified motorcycles on various types of roads and calculate the cost of transporting pine resin using modified motorcycles on various types of roads. The research method uses productivity analysis with work time analysis, and cost analysis. Transportation productivity on the Ciasmai TPG transportation route with a dirt road type of 205,24 kg/hour, transportation productivity on the Pasir Nangka TPG route with a stone and concrete road type of 183,86 kg/ hour, and transportation productivity at Citiis TPG with a concrete road type of 158,98 kg/hour. Transportation costs on the Ciasmai TPG route, amounted to Rp. 349,13/kg, transportation costs on the Pasir Nangka TPG route amounted to Rp.413,39/kg, and transportation costs at Citiis TPG amounted to Rp. 519,51/kg. Productivity and transportation costs are influenced by transportation distance, road type, and road slope.
