| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat modul pengaduan pendidikan berbasis web pada sistem layanan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Depok guna
mempermudah penyampaian serta penanganan pengaduan masyarakat. Proses pengaduan sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual maupun melalui platform eksternal, namun memiliki kendala seperti keterlambatan penanganan dan kurangnya integrasi data. Modul ini dirancang agar masyarakat dapat menyampaikan pengaduan secara online, memantau status pengaduan, serta menerima tanggapan secara langsung dari pihak Dinas. Pembuatan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan Laravel sebagai backend, Bootstrap untuk tampilan antarmuka, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengujian menggunakan metode black-box testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pelayanan publik yang lebih transparan, cepat, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to develop a web-based educational complaint module within
the service system of the Education Office of Depok City to facilitate the
submission and handling of public complaints. Previously, complaints were
submitted manually or through external platforms, which posed challenges such as
delayed responses and lack of data integration. The module is designed to allow the
public to submit complaints online, monitor the status of their reports, and receive
direct responses from the Education Office. The system was developed using the
Waterfall methodology, with Laravel as the backend framework, Bootstrap for the
user interface, and MySQL as the database. Black box testing indicates that all
features function as intended. This system is expected to support more transparent,
efficient, and well-documented public service delivery. | |
