Anthropogenic activities of industrial activities and an increase in the number of transportations have an impact on the emergence of the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon and the formation of air pollutants. Cilegon City is one of the largest industrial cities in Indonesia and has a main port connecting Java Island and Sumatra Island. This study aims to analyze the distribution of air pollutants and UHI in Cilegon City, and determine the priority locations for urban forest development in Cilegon City based on the distribution of air pollutants and UHI with the land cover map as a reference for determining the location. Land cover data was obtained using Sentinel 2 imagery, surface temperature data was obtained by processing Landsat 8 imagery, and air pollutant data in the form of CO, SO2, NO2, and O3 was obtained from Sentinel-5P imagery. Priority locations for urban forest development are categorized into three priority classes, priority 1 covering 190,60 ha, priority 2 covering 2662,64 ha, and priority 3 covering 4119,80 ha. Citangkil subdistrict is the most recommended area for urban forest development.
