      Pendirian Unit Bisnis Baru Sirup Pedada Mangrove di Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk

      Abstract
      Melimpahnya sumber daya alam di Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Angke Kapuk, khususnya buah pidada (Sonneratia caseolaris) yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, memberikan peluang besar untuk mengembangkan usaha yang mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendirikan unit usaha sirup mangrove pidada dengan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, menyusun strategi bisnis yang tepat, serta menganalisis kelayakan dari sisi finansial maupun nonfinansial. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, amalisis konjoin dan studi kelayakan yang mendalam untuk menilai apakah rencana usaha dapat dijalankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasa produk dan kemasan sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat konsumen. Analisis finansial menunjukkan NPV positif sebesar Rp30.958.585, IRR 58%, serta Payback Period selama 1 tahun 2 bulan, yang membuktikan bahwa usaha ini layak secara finansial.
       
      The abundance of natural resources in Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Angke Kapuk, especially the underutilized pidada (Sonneratia caseolaris) fruit, offers a strong opportunity to develop a business that supports environmental sustainability. This study aims to establish a mangrove pidada syrup business unit by identifying internal and external factors, creating suitable business strategies, and analyzing both financial and non-financial feasibility. The research uses SWOT analysis, conjoint analysis and a detailed feasibility study to evaluate whether the plan is viable. The findings show that factors such as product taste and packaging play a significant role in influencing consumer demand. The financial analysis shows a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR30.958.585, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 58%, and a Payback Period of 1 year and 2 months, confirming that the business is financially feasible.
