      Abstract

This study assesses the sustainability of a bioindustrial agricultural system based on the integration of coffee and dairy cattle in Boyolali. Through financial analysis, value added analysis, Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle Costing, and Multidimensional Scaling, it was found that the bioindustrial agricultural system based on the integration of coffee and dairy cattle of the improvement type is the most viable model, with high economic performance, low environmental impact, and the highest sustainability index. These findings support the direction of low-emission integrated agriculture policies based on a circular economy, through strengthening economic, social, technological, and institutional aspects. This model has the potential to be replicated in other regions with similar agroecosystems as a framework for sustainable agricultural development in Indonesia.
