| dc.description.abstract | PT Agroobot Bangun Nusantara merupakan perusahaan pertanian yang berfokus memproduksi melon premium. Namun melon yang dihasilkan mengalami fluktuatif dan tingginya persentase grade X yang mengakibatkan tidak terpenuhinya permintaan melon pada kualitas tinggi. Selain itu, perusahaan juga memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berpengalaman dan juga modal yang cukup. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil produksi antara sistem NFT dan irigasi tetes sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan penerapan pengembangan bisnis serta mengevaluasi kelayakan bisnis dari penerapan sistem fertigasi baru yaitu Nutrient Film Technique (NFT). Hasil analisis uji beda (independent sample t-test) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara bobot melon NFT dan irigasi tetes. Hasil analisis kelayakan dari aspek non finansial dan finansial dikatakan layak dengan NPV sebesar Rp496.628.655,72; IRR 69,20%; Gross B/C 1,58; Net B/C 5,29; dan payback period selama 2 tahun 5 bulan. Analisis switching value mentoleransi penurunan produksi melon grade A sebesar 49,71%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | PT Agroobot Bangun Nusantara is an agricultural company that focuses on producing premium melons. However, the melons produced experience fluctuations and a high percentage of grade X, resulting in unmet demand for high-quality melons. In addition, the company also has experienced human resources and sufficient capital. This study aims to analyze the differences in production outcomes between the NFT system and drip irrigation as a basis for decision-making regarding business development implementation and to evaluate the feasibility of the new fertigation system, namely the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT). The results of the independent sample t-test indicate a significant difference between the weight of NFT melons and drip irrigation melons. The feasibility analysis from both non financial and financial aspects indicates viability, with a NPV of Rp496.628.655,72; IRR of 69,20%; Gross B/C of 1,58; Net B/C of 5,29; and a payback period of 2 years and 5 months. The switching value analysis tolerates 49,71% reduction in grade A melon production. | |
