      Pengembangan Website E-Katalog Produk PT XYZ dengan Metode Scrum

      Abstract
      PT XYZ, sebagai sebuah perusahaan telekomunikasi, mengalami kesulitan untuk memperkenalkan salah satu produknya, yaitu Cosmo Satellite Service (CSS), sebuah perangkat penyedia layanan internet berbasis satelit. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pelanggan diharuskan untuk menghubungi Divisi Penjualan terlebih dahulu untuk mengakses informasi produk CSS, sehingga berpotensi menghambat pelanggan dalam membuat keputusan pembelian dan akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat penjualan. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan website e-katalog dipilih sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas pelanggan terhadap informasi produk CSS. Di dalam pengembangannya, website e-katalog produk didukung oleh FAB Retail, sebuah sistem untuk mengelola produk CSS. Adapun pengembangan website ekatalog dan FAB Retail menggunakan metode Scrum, sebagai metode yang adaptif kebutuhan dari stakeholders, yaitu Divisi Penjualan dan Divisi Produk yang juga memiliki peran sebagai penguji website e-katalog dan FAB Retail. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan state transition, pengembangan website e-katalog dan FAB Retail telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, yaitu FAB Retail dapat mengelola perangkat, kapasitas internet, FAQ, dan mengatur harga jual (pricing), sedangkan website e-katalog dapat menampilkan produk serta variasi layanan, perangkat, dan FAQ kepada pelanggan.
       
      PT XYZ, as a telecommunications company, faced difficulties in introducing one of its products, Cosmo Satellite Service (CSS), a satellite-based internet service provider. This was because customers were required to contact the Sales Division first to access CSS product information, which could potentially hinder customers in making purchasing decisions and affect sales levels. Therefore, the development of an e-catalogue website was chosen as a solution to improve customer access to CSS product information. In its development, the e-catalogue website is supported by FAB Retail, a system for managing CSS products. The development of the ecatalogue website and FAB Retail uses the Scrum method, an adaptive approach tailored to the needs of stakeholders, spesifically the Sales Division and the Product Division, who also serve as testers for the e-catalogue website and FAB Retail. Based on testing using state transition, the development of the e-catalogue website and FAB Retail aligns with requirements: FAB Retail can manage devices, internet capacity, FAQs, and set pricing, while the e-catalogue website can display products, service variations, devices, and FAQs to customers.
