dc.description.abstractPT ASputra Perkasa Makmur (ASPM) mengalami permasalahan berupa Ayam reject yang disebabkan oleh lamanya proses panen, yang dapat berlangsung selama 1 hingga 4 hari. Hal ini berdampak pada penurunan kualitas daging ayam dan harga jual ayam, sehingga menimbulkan hilangnya potensi pendapatan. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi akibat ketergantungan perusahaan terhadap broker ayam dalam distribusi hasil panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan pendirian unit bisnis sebagai strategi pemanfaatan yang dapat menyerap ayam reject. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis nilai tambah, analisis non finansial dan finansial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan produk ayam memberikan nilai tambah yang positif yaitu 53,47%. Usaha dinyatakan layak dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,32 pada tahun pertama, dan 1,33 pada tahun kedua hingga ketiga. Usaha chicken strips mencapai titik impas pada penjualan Rp137.058.888 di tahun pertama, dan Rp161.388.616 di tahun kedua hingga ketiga.
dc.description.abstractPT ASputra Perkasa Makmur (ASPM) faced a problem related to rejected chickens, which was caused by a prolonged harvesting process lasting between one to four days. This condition led to a decline in meat quality and selling price, resulting in the loss of potential revenue. This issue occurred due to the company’s reliance on chicken brokers for the distribution of harvested products. This study aimed to analyze the feasibility of establishing a business unit as a utilization strategy to absorb rejected chickens. The methods used included value added analysis, non financial analysis, and financial analysis. The results showed that chicken processing generated a positive value added of 53.47%. The business was deemed feasible with an R/C ratio of 1.32 in the first year and 1.33 in the second to third years. The chicken strips business reached the nreak-even point at sales of IDR 137,058,888 in the first year and IDR 161,388,616 in the second to third years.
