      Analisis Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Benih Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) pada Media Isoosmotik dengan Kepadatan Berbeda

      Abstract
      Peningkatan kepadatan budidaya ikan nila perlu memperhatikan daya dukung lingkungan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepadatan pada media bersalinitas 4 ppt terhadap kinerja produksi dan kualitas air pada benih ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Ikan uji berukuran awal 2,02±0,08 cm dan bobot 0,33±0,01 g dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap tiga perlakuan dan satu kontrol. Perlakukan yang digunakan yaitu perbedaan kepadatan, perlakuan K 1000 ekor m-3, perlakuan A 1400 ekor m-3, Perlakuan B 1800 ekor m-3, dan perlakuan C 2200 ekor m-3 yang dipelihara selama 28 hari dengan memperhatikan parameter pertumbuhan, tingkat kelangsungan hidup, kualitas air, dan analisis biaya. Hasil menunjukkan perlakuan K menghasilkan pertumbuhan optimal dengan kelangsungan hidup 100%. Sedangkan perlakuan B menghasilkan pertumbuhan 15% lebih rendah dibandingkan perlakuan K dengan kelangsungan hidup 87,65%, akan tetapi analisis biaya menunjukkan perlakuan B memberikan keuntungan tertinggi Rp23.969.600 dalam simulasi skala besar. Seluruh perlakuan miliki nilai kualitas air pada kisaran optimal.
       
      Optimizing stocking density in Nile tilapia culture requires careful consideration of environmental carrying capacity to maximize production performance. This study aimed to analyze the effects of different stocking densities in 4 ppt salinity media on production performance and water quality in Nile tilapia seed (Oreochromis niloticus). The experiment used a completely randomized design with three treatments and one control. The treatments applied consisted of different stocking densities, with treatment K 1000 fish m-3, treatment A 1400 fish m-3, treatment B 1800 fish m-3, treatment C 2200 fish m-3, with initial fish size of 2.02±0.08 cm and weight of 0.33±0.01 g. Fish were reared for 28 days while monitoring growth parameters, survival rate, water quality, and cost analysis. Results showed treatment K achieved optimal growth with 100% survival rate, while treatment B showed 15% lower growth performance but maintained 87.65% survival. Economic analysis revealed treatment B yielded the highest profit of Rp23,969,600 in large-scale simulation. All treatments maintained water quality parameters within optimal ranges for tilapia culture. The 4 ppt salinity environment effectively supported fish performance across different stocking densities
