      Pengaruh Edukasi Cegah Hipertensi melalui Media Pop-up Book Aplikatif terhadap Pengetahuan Gizi Siswa SMP Islam Al-Mustarih Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia menurut data SKI 2023 adalah 30,8% dengan 10,7% diantaranya merupakan remaja usia 18-24 tahun yang tercatat sebagai penderita akibat ketidaktahuan akan hipertensi dan pola hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas edukasi dengan media pop-up book aplikatif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan gizi siswa SMP sebagai upaya preventif hipertensi pada remaja. Metode penelitian adalah quasi-experiment dengan one-group pre-test and post-test design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 64 siswa kelas 8A dan 8B di SMP Islam Al-Mustarih Kota Bogor. Efektivitas edukasi ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji Wilcoxon p<0,001 dan N-gain score sebesar 0,67 kategori cukup efektif. Peningkatan skor pengetahuan gizi dan tingkat penerimaan media sebesar 92,2% menandakan media pop-up book aplikatif efektif dan diterima dengan baik sebagai sarana edukasi gizi preventif terhadap hipertensi pada remaja.
       
      The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia according to SKI 2023 is 30.8% with 10.7% of them are adolescents aged 18-24 years who recorded as sufferers due to ignorance of hypertension and healthy lifestyles. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of applicative pop-up book educational media in improving junior high school students nutritional knowledge as a preventive measure against hypertension in adolescents. The study method is quasi-experimental with one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 64 students of grades 8A and 8B at SMP Islam Al-Mustarih in Bogor City. Effectiveness of education is shown by Wilcoxon test result p<0.001 and an N-gain score of 0.67 in moderately effective category. The increase of nutritional knowledge scores and the 92.2% media acceptance rate indicate that applicative pop-up book is effective and well-received for delivering nutritional education to support hypertension prevention in adolescents.
