      Pengembangan dan Nilai Tambah Bisnis Nuget Pakcoy pada Persada Farm Bogor

      Abstract
      Persada Farm Bogor merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menjual sayuran organik di Kota Bogor. Persada Farm Bogor belum mampu memanfaatkan pakcoy organik reject yang masih layak konsumsi menjadi nilai jual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan pengembangan produk nuget pakcoy pada Persada Farm Bogor melalui aspek finansial dan non finansial dan menghitung nilai tambah yang diperoleh dari pengolahan pakcoy organik menjadi nuget pakcoy. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk pengembangan bisnis yaitu studi kelayakan bisnis dan untuk mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai tambah digunakan metode nilai tambah hayami. Hasil kelayakan analisis pada aspek non finansial dan finansial dinyatakan layak, dengan nilai Net Present Value sebesar Rp38.135.639, Internal Rate of Return sebesar 46%, Net B/C sebesar 2,44, Gross B/C sebesar 1,08, dan Payback Period selama 2 tahun 11 bulan. Hasil pengolahan pakcoy organik menjadi nuget pakcoy diperoleh nilai tambah sebesar Rp259.765 dan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 87%.
       
      Persada Farm Bogor is one of the companies engaged in the sale of organic vegetables in Bogor City. However, the company has not yet been able to utilize rejected but still consumable organic pakcoy to create added value. The aim of this study is to implement the development of pakcoy nugget products at Persada Farm Bogor by evaluating both financial and non-financial aspects, as well as to calculate the added value obtained from processing organic pakcoy into pakcoy nuggets. The analytical method used for business development is a business feasibility study, while the Hayami value-added method is employed to determine the added value calculation. The feasibility analysis results indicate that the business is viable from both financial and non-financial perspectives, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp38.135.639, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 46%, a Net B/C Ratio of 2,44, a Gross B/C Ratio of 1,08, and a Payback Period of 2 years dan 11 months. The processing of organic pakcoy into pakcoy nuggets yields an added value of Rp259.765 and an added value ratio of 87%.
