      SINTESIS DAN UJI SIFAT FILM TIPIS BARIUM STRONSIUM TITANAT (Ba(0,7)Sr(0,3)TiO3) DENGAN VARIASI KONSENTRASI RUTENIUM OKSIDA SEBAGAI PENDADAH

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan menyintesis dan menganalisis sifat optik dan struktural film tipis BST dengan doping RuO2 sebesar 0%, 0,5%, dan 1% menggunakan metode CSD dan teknik spin coating. Karakterisasi dilakukan dengan UV-Vis dan XRD. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan bandgap dari 2,1069 eV menjadi 1,9809 eV, serta terbentuknya struktur perovskit dengan orientasi dominan bidang (202). Parameter kisi mengalami perubahan kecil, terutama pada sumbu c. Nilai polarisasi spontan tetap konstan sekitar 16,71 µC/cm², menunjukkan doping RuO2 tidak merusak sifat ferroelektrik. Doping RuO2 dapat memodifikasi sifat optik tanpa mengganggu struktur kristal dan ferroelektrik, sehingga berpotensi untuk aplikasi optoelektronik dan sensor.
       
      This study synthesized and analyzed the optical and structural properties of BST thin films with RuO2 doping at 0%, 0,5%, and 1% using the CSD method and spin coating. UV-Vis and XRD characterizations were performed. Results showed a decrease in bandgap from 2,1069 eV to 1,9809 eV and the formation of a perovskite structure with dominant (202) orientation. Lattice parameters showed minor changes along the c-axis. Spontaneous polarization remained constant at ~16,71 µC/cm², indicating that RuO2 doping did not degrade ferroelectric properties. RuO2 doping can tune optical properties while preserving crystal and ferroelectric structures, with potential applications in optoelectronics and sensors.
