| dc.description.abstract | Industri telur ayam ras di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan setiap tahunnya. PT. QL Agrofood adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang peternakan ayam ras petelur yang memiliki permasalahan retur telur secara berulang dari pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian merumuskan strategi Supply Chain Management (SCM) dan mengimplementasikan strategi yang paling prioritas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2024 hingga Januari 2025 yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan analisis IFE, EFE, dan IE menunjukan rantai pasok perusahaan berada di kuadran dua (tumbuh & membangun). Analisis SWOT memperoleh berbagai rumusan strategi Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang kemudian dilakukan Analytical Hierarki Process (AHP) dan menghasilkan strategi paling prioritas yaitu menyusun Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) atau modul khusus dalam proses penyortiran telur untuk mengurangi risiko kerusakan telur selama distribusi (W-T) dengan bobot 0,287. Implementasi strategi prioritas tersebut menunjukan hasil yang positif dengan penurunan persentase retur produk pada bulan Januari hingga Maret 2025. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The chicken egg industry in Indonesia continues to experience significant growth every year. PT. QL Agrofood is a company engaged in the layer poultry farming sector that faces recurring issues of egg returns from customers. The purpose of this research is to formulate a Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy and implement the most prioritized strategy. This research was conducted from August 2024 to January 2025 in Cianjur Regency, West Java. Based on the IFE, EFE, and IE analyses, the company's supply chain is classified in quadrant two (growth & build). The SWOT analysis yielded various SCM strategy formulations, followed by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which identified the top priority strategy as developing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or a specialized module for the egg sorting process to reduce the risk of egg damage during distribution (W-T) with a weight of 0.287. The implementation of this priority strategy showed positive results, with a reduction in the percentage of product returns from January to March 2025. | |
