      Abstract
Berdasarkan analisis switching value, usaha tetap layak dijalankan meskipun terjadi penurunan penjualan hingga 17,8% maupun peningkatan biaya variabel sebesar 42,3%.

Each one million tons of chicken meat produced annually in Indonesia results in the generation of hundreds of thousands of tons of chicken feather waste If not properly managed, this waste can pollute the environment. Chicken feathers have the potential to be processed into liquid organic fertilizer that is both environmentally friendly and economically valuable. RPHU PT Berdikari operates in poultry slaughtering, but has not yet utilized its feather waste. This study aims to formulate a development strategy and assess the feasibility of establishing a liquid organic fertilizer business at RPHU PT Berdikari. The analysis uses the IFE (3,59) and EFE (3,38) matrices, placing the business in Quadrant I of the IE matrix. The QSPM method identified the top-priority strategy with a score of 8,18 is processing chicken feathers into liquid fertilizer. The feasibility analysis covers both non-financial and financial aspects. Results show an NPV of IDR 116.344.491, IRR of 76%, Net B/C of 3,5, Gross B/C of 1,2, and a payback period of 2,3 year. Switching value analysis indicates the business remains feasible with up to a 17,8% drop in sales or a 42,3% increase in variable costs.
