| dc.description.abstract | Agrowisata Cisande merupakan aset milik desa yang dikembangkan sebagai
objek wisata berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan
belum berjalan secara optimal akibat ketiadaan standar operasional prosedur (SOP).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil umum Agrowisata Cisande,
menganalisis keterkaitan antara pengembangan agrowisata dengan pemberdayaan
masyarakat berketerampilan khusus, mengevaluasi implikasi manajerial SOP
terhadap efektivitas pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta menelaah perubahan kondisi
finansial masyarakat yang diberdayakan. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Metode analisis yang
digunakan meliputi uji korelasi Rank Spearman, analisis laba rugi, dan rasio R/C.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang cukup kuat antara
pengembangan agrowisata dan pemberdayaan masyarakat berketerampilan khusus.
Penerapan SOP juga berdampak pada peningkatan laba bersih dan nilai rasio R/C. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Cisande Agrotourism is a village-owned asset developed as a tourism
destination based on community empowerment. The implementation of community
empowerment has not been optimal due to the absence of a standard operating
procedure (SOP). This study aims to describe the general profile of Cisande
Agrotourism, analyze the relationship between its development and the
empowerment of skilled community members, evaluate the managerial
implications of SOP implementation on empowerment effectiveness, and examine
changes in the financial conditions of the empowered community. The sampling
technique used was total sampling, involving 30 respondents. Data were analyzed
using Spearman’s Rank correlation test, profit and loss analysis, and the R/C ratio.
The results show a moderately strong positive relationship between agrotourism
development and the empowerment of skilled individuals. SOP implementation
also contributed to an increase in net profit and R/C ratio. | |
