| dc.description.abstract | Ekosistem mangrove merupakan sistem ekologi yang berperan sebagai jasa penyedia ekosistem (provisioning services). Desa Randusanga Wetan adalah salah satu kawasan pesisir yang mengintegrasikan kegiatan budidaya perikanan dengan penanaman serta pengelolaan hutan mangrove. Dalam sistem sosial, terjadi pemanfaatan sumberdaya ekosistem mangrove untuk perikanan. Namun terjadi kerusakan mangrove dan lahan budidaya dalam menunjang perikanan budidaya di Desa Randusanga Wetan yang diakibatkan oleh banjir rob. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman terhadap konektivitas perlu dikaji untuk keberlanjutan ekosistem mangrove dan sebagai bahan untuk melakukan upaya pengelolaan yang tepat. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2024 di Desa Randusanga Wetan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan yang erat antara komponen-komponen dalam sistem sosial-ekologi. Konektivitas antara Resources Unit (RU) dan Resources Aktor (RA) teridentifikasi sebagai hubungan yang paling kuat diantara seluruh komponen social-ecological system (SES) lainnya. Namun penerapan sistem tata kelola di perairanmangrove Randusanga Wetan masih lemah. Strategi pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan yang berbasis ekosistem mangrove dapat dilakukan secara integratif dengan memperhatikan keterhubungan antar komponen SES. Pendekatan ini dapat mencakup: (a) penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan lokal dan sistem tata kelola berbasis kolaboratif antara pemerintah daerah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat; (b) pengembangan mekanisme insentif bagi praktik budidaya yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan; serta (c) peningkatan akses informasi, teknologi, dan pasar bagi pembudidaya skala kecil. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Mangrove ecosystems are ecological systems that act as provisioning services. Randusanga Wetan Village is one of the coastal areas that integrates aquaculture activities with mangrove forest planting and management. In the social system, mangrove ecosystem resources are utilized for fisheries. However, damage to mangroves and cultivated land in Randusanga Wetan Village, which supports aquaculture, has been caused by floods. Therefore, an understanding of connectivity is essential for the sustainability of mangrove ecosystems and serves as a basis for informed management efforts. Data were collected from October to November 2024 in Randusanga Wetan Village. The analysis results showed a close relationship between the components of the social-ecological system. Connectivity between RU and RA was identified as the strongest relationship among all other SES components. However, the application of the governance system in Randusanga Wetan mangrove waters is still weak. Fisheries resource management strategies based on mangrove ecosystems can be carried out integratively by considering the relationship between SES components. This approach may include: (a) strengthening the capacity of local institutions and collaborative-based governance systems between local governments, businesses, and communities; (b) developing incentive mechanisms for sustainable and environmentally friendly aquaculture practices; and (c) improving access to information, technology, and markets for small-scale farmers. | |
