      Digitalisasi Jejak Karbon sebagai Basis Analisis Potensi Dekarbonisasi pada Industri Garmen

      Abstract
      Salah satu sektor industri yang terus berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah industri garmen. Industri garmen berpotensi dalam hal penyumbang jejak karbon (emisi karbon) yang tinggi, sehingga dituntut untuk lebih transparan dalam mengelola jejak karbon. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi aktivitas yang berpotensi menghasilkan jejak karbon, menganalisia jumlah jejak karbon yang dihasilkan, mengimplementasikan digitalisasi data jejak karbon, serta membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) penurunan emisi karbon yang sesuai dengan potensi dekarbonisasi. Data diperoleh dengan studi literatur, dianalisis menggunakan metode perhitungan IPCC 2006, dilakukan digitalisasi menggunakan Microsoft Power BI, serta dilakukan pembuatan SOP penurunan emisi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Scope 1 kategori stationary combustion menjadi nilai emisi tertinggi dikarenakan menggunakan bahan bakar fosil dalam jumlah besar secara langsung. Implementasi digitalisasi jejak karbon berupa dashboard untuk melakukan pemantauan pergerakan angka emisi karbon serta Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Penurunan Emisi GRK dengan Fuel switching pada stationary combustion menjadi mitigasi yang dilakukan.
       
      One of the rapidly growing industrial sectors in Indonesia is the garment industry. This industry has the potential to significantly contribute to carbon footprint (carbon emissions), and therefore is required to be more transparent in managing its carbon footprint. This study aims to identify activities that potentially generate carbon emissions, analyze the amount of emissions produced, implement carbon footprint data digitalization, and develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for carbon emission reduction based on decarbonization potential. Data were obtained through literature studies, analyzed using the 2006 IPCC calculation method, digitized using Microsoft Power BI, and used to develop an emission reduction SOP. The results show that Scope 1 under the stationary combustion category contributes the highest emission value due to the large-scale direct use of fossil fuels. The implementation of carbon footprint digitalization takes the form of a dashboard to monitor carbon emission trends, and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emission Reduction through Fuel switching in stationary combustion is the chosen mitigation measure.
