      Pendirian Unit Bisnis Cabai Rawit untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan PT Subur Indo Amerta Kota Tasikmalaya

      Abstract
      PT Subur Indo Amerta memiliki peluang mendirikan unit bisnis cabai rawit dengan adanya permintaan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, merumuskan strategi dan menganalisis kelayakan pada perencanaan pendirian unit bisnis cabai rawit. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis SWOT dan studi kelayakan bisnis. Aspek pasar layak karena memiliki konsumen untuk dijual, aspek teknis layak karena bahan baku dan peralatannya memadai, aspek manajemen dan hukum layak karena manajemen terorganisir dan terdaftar dalam hukum, aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan layak karena berdampak positif bagi masyarakat secara sosial dan ekonomi, dan lingkungan, serta aspek kolaborasi layak karena melakukan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak. Aspek finansial diperoleh nilai NPV Rp228.406.700, IRR 25,26%, Net B/C 2,77, Gross B/C 1,27, PP 5 tahun 4 bulan, hasil switching value penurunan produksi lebih sensitif dibandingkan dengan peningkatan biaya produksi yaitu 37,80%. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada usaha ini yaitu terjadi penurunan produksi melebihi batas toleransi sebesar 23,66%.
       
      PT Subur Indo Amerta has the opportunity to establish a chili pepper business unit due to existing market demand. This study aims to identify internal and external factors, formulate strategies, and analyze the feasibility of planning the establishment of the chili pepper business unit. The methods used include SWOT analysis and business feasibility study. The market aspect is feasible due to the availability of consumers, the technical aspect is feasible as raw materials and equipment are sufficient, the management and legal aspects are feasible because the management is well organized and legally registered, the social, economic, and environmental aspects are feasible due to the positive impacts on society, the economy, and the environment, and the collaboration aspect is feasible as partnerships are established with various parties. The financial aspect showed a NPV of IDR 228,406,700, an IRR of 25.26%, a Net B/C ratio of 2.77, a Gross B/C ratio of 1.27, and a PP of 5 years and 4 months. The switching value analysis showed that a decrease in production is more sensitive than an increase in production costs, with a tolerance limit of 37.80%. A key concern for this business is a potential production decline that exceeds the tolerance threshold of 23.66%.
