| dc.description.abstract | Wanoja Coffee merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang agribisnis yaitu komoditas kopi mulai dari hulu sampai hilir. Hasil dari pengolahan kopi ini Wanoja Coffee menghasilkan limbah berupa kulit ceri kopi yang belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan barang di gudang. Pengembangan kulit ceri kopi menjadi teh cascara dilakukan untuk mengurangi penumpukan barang di gudang dan dapat menambah pendapatan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen dan kelayakan usaha teh cascara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis konjoin dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa konsumen menyukai teh cascara dengan bentuk teh celup menggunakan kemasan kotak karton, rasa original, beraroma harum dengan harga <Rp25.000 (60gr). Aspek finansial ide pengembangan bisnis produk teh cascara layak untuk dijalankan. Hal ini dilihat dari kriteria investasi seperti NPV > 0 yaitu Rp215.516.142 IRR > DF (suku bunga) yaitu 54%. Net B/C = 1 yaitu 3,71. Gross B/C > 1 yaitu 1,15 dan payback period < umur bisnis yaitu 2 tahun 8 bulan. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Wanoja Coffee is a company engaged in the agribusiness sector, namely coffee commodities from upstream to downstream. The results of this coffee processing, Wanoja Coffee produces waste in the form of coffee cherry skins that have not been utilized properly, resulting in the accumulation of goods in the warehouse. The development of coffee cherry skins into cascara tea is carried out to reduce the accumulation of goods in the warehouse and can increase the company's income. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer preferences and the feasibility of the cascara tea business. The data analysis method used was conjoint analysis and business feasibility analysis. The results of the study stated that consumers like cascara tea in the form of tea bags using cardboard box packaging, original flavor, fragrant aroma with a price of <Rp25.000 (60gr). Based on the financial aspect, the idea of developing a cascara tea product business is feasible to run. This can be seen from investment criteria such as NPV = 1, which is Rp215.516.142.
