      Potensi Pasar Pupuk Organik pada eL Farm Kabupaten Sleman

      Abstract
      eL Farm merupakan peternakan kambing dan domba di Kabupaten Sleman dengan produk utama berupa hewan ternak, serta produk tambahan berupa susu kambing dan pupuk organik. Meskipun produksi pupuk cukup tinggi, kandungan hara dan potensi pasarnya belum diketahui secara ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas dan potensi pasar dari tiga jenis pupuk organik yang diproduksi, yaitu pupuk murni, pupuk giling, dan pupuk fermentasi. Evaluasi kualitas dilakukan melalui uji laboratorium untuk mengetahui kandungan unsur hara makro (N, P, dan K) dan potensi pasar dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan TAM, SAM, dan SOM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk fermentasi memiliki kandungan hara tertinggi, yaitu nitrogen (2,06%), fosfor (0,41%), dan kalium (1,24%). Dari sisi potensi pasar, pupuk fermentasi memiliki nilai tertinggi dengan TAM sebesar Rp86.364.396.000, SAM sebesar Rp7.770.690.000, dan SOM sebesar Rp82.980.000. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar eL Farm memfokuskan strategi pemasaran pada pupuk fermentasi untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan dan nilai jual produk.
       
      eL Farm is a goat and sheep farm in Sleman Regency with the main products being livestock, and additional products being goat milk and organic fertilizer. Although the fertilizer production is quite high, the nutrient content and market potential are not yet known scientifically. This study aims to evaluate the quality and market potential of three types of organic fertilizers produced, namely pure fertilizer, milled fertilizer, and fermented fertilizer. Quality evaluation was conducted through laboratory tests to determine the content of macro nutrients (N, P, and K) and market potential was analyzed using the TAM, SAM, and SOM approaches. The results showed that fermented fertilizer has the highest nutrient content, namely nitrogen (2.06%), phosphorus (0.41%), and potassium (1.24%). In terms of market potential, fermented fertilizer has the highest value with TAM of IDR86,364,396,000, SAM of IDR7,770,690,000, and SOM of IDR82,980,000. Therefore, it is recommended that eL Farm focuses its marketing strategy on fermented fertilizer to increase product utilization and selling value.
