dc.description.abstractYUNUS AL GAZA. Pendirian Unit Bisnis Kue Wortel pada Rosy’s Veggies Farm. Dibimbing oleh MURDIANTO. Konsumsi sayuran wortel rumah tangga di Indonesia stabil di atas 300.000 ton/tahun. Namun, Rosy’s Veggies Farm mengalami rata-rata penjualan tidak optimal sebesar 8,3% per bulan karena target pasar terbatas dan persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis nilai tambah dan kelayakan pengolahan wortel menjadi kue wortel. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis nilai tambah, finansial, dan non finansial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bisnis layak dijalankan dengan NPV Rp55.203.440, IRR 87%, Net B/C 3,86, Gross B/C 1,10, dan payback period 2 tahun. Analisis switching value menunjukkan toleransi penurunan produksi hingga 51% dan kenaikan harga input hingga 112%. Temuan baru penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan wortel yang tidak terjual dan meningkatkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. dc.description.abstractYUNUS AL GAZA. Establishment of Carrot Cake Business Unit at Rosy’s Veggies Farm. Supervised by MURDIANTO. Household carrot consumption in Indonesia is stable at over 300,000 tons/year. However, Rosy's Veggies Farm experiences an average suboptimal sales growth of 8.3% per month due to a limited target market and competition. This study aims to analyze the added value and feasibility of processing carrots into carrot cake. The methods used include value-added, financial, and non-financial analysis. The results indicate that the business is feasible with an NPV of IDR 55,203,440, an IRR of 87%, a Net B/C of 3.86, a Gross B/C of 1.10, and a payback period of 2 years. Switching value analysis indicates a tolerance for production declines of up to 51% and input price increases of up to 112%.
