      Pengembangan Inspire Booklet dalam Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Gizi Seimbang pada Atlet Remaja di Klub Galaxy Stars Basketball

      Abstract
      Atlet remaja membutuhkan gizi seimbang untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan performa, namun masih ditemukan kasus gizi kurang dan gizi lebih akibat asupan yang tidak sesuai. Minimnya pendampingan ahli gizi dan rendahnya pengetahuan menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Inspire Booklet sebagai media edukasi guna memicu peningkatan pada pengetahuan gizi seimbang pada atlet remaja. Metode pre-eksperimental diimplementasikan pada studi ini melalui desain one group pretest-posttest. Hasil mendapati peningkatan signifikan skor rata-rata pengetahuan gizi dari 74,59±8,47 saat pretest menjadi 96,60±6,21 saat posttest (p<0,05). Sebanyak 87,5% responden menyukai Inspire Booklet, menunjukkan penerimaan yang sangat baik. Media ini dinilai efektif dan menarik dalam memicu peningkatan pada pengetahuan gizi atlet remaja.
       
      Adolescent athletes require balanced nutrition to support growth and performance, but there are still cases of undernutrition and overnutrition due to inappropriate intake. The lake of nutritionist assistance and low knowledge are obstacles. This study aims to develop Inspire Booklet as an educational media to trigger an increase in balanced nutrition knowledge in adolescent athletes. The pre-experimental method was implemented in this study through a one group pretest-posttest design. Results showed a significant increase in the average score of nutritional knowledge from 74.59±8,47 at pretest to 96.60±6,21 at posttest (p<0.05). A total of 87.5% of respondents liked the Inspire Booklet, indicating very good acceptance. This media is considered effective and attractive in improving the nutritional knowledge of adolescent athletes.
