      Abstract

The goat waste produced daily is a problem that must be properly managed, as it can have negative impacts on all parties. The objective of the study is to implement good pen management based on Good Farming Practices (GFP). Knowing company profit after implementation. The method used is the t-test (paired sample t-test) to observe the difference in goat waste cleaning duration before and after the implementation of the waste container. Risk analysis is used to identify potential risks that may arise from the implementation of pen management. Partial budget analysis to assess the additional profit from implementation. The resulting t-test value was (-) 8,53, which is greater than the critical t-table value. The value indicates a decrease in waste cleaning duration. The cleaning duration decreased by 33%. Other benefits the implementation of the waste container, such as changes in waste texture, improved cleanliness, easier processes, and reduced risk to workers. The results of the risk analysis indicate that the durability of the waste storage equipment has not yet been tested. An additional profit of Rp6.192.834 was obtained
