      Pengembangan Produk Suvenir Tanaman Hias di CV Minaqu Indonesia Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      CV Minaqu Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan hortikultura yang menjual tanaman hias daun baik di pasar lokal maupun ekspor. Produktivitas tanaman hias daun yang tinggi mengakibatkan perusahaan melakukan pengembangan bisnis dengan membuat produk suvenir tanaman hias. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen dan kelayakan usaha suvenir tanaman hias. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis konjoin dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa konsumen menyukai kombinasi atribut produk suvenir tanaman hias dengan jenis Scindapsus, warna yang unik, harga <Rp50.000, tren naik, serta memiliki kemasan berupa paper box. Hasil analisis finansial dikatakan layak, dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp280.586.810, net B/C sebesar 3.58, IRR sebesar 41.10%, gross B/C sebesar 1.38, dan payback period selama 3 tahun 5 bulan. Analisis switching value pengembangan produk NPV = 0 terjadi saat penurunan produksi sebesar 29% dan pada saat kenaikan harga bahan baku dari tanaman hias dan kemasan paper box sebesar 140%.
       
      CV Minaqu Indonesia is a horticultural company that sells foliage ornamental plants in both local and export markets. The high productivity of foliage ornamental plants has led the company to expand its business by developing souvenir ornamental plant products. This study aims to identify consumer preferences and the feasibility of the souvenir ornamental plant business. The methods used include conjoint analysis and business feasibility analysis. The findings indicate that consumers prefer a combination of attributes in souvenir ornamental plant products, specifically the Scindapsus variety, unique colors, a price of less than Rp50,000, a rising trend, and packaging in the form of a paper box. The financial analysis results confirm feasibility, with an NPV of Rp280,586,810, a net B/C ratio of 3.58, an IRR of 41.10%, a gross B/C ratio of 1.38, and a payback period of 3 years and 5 months. The switching value analysis for product development shows that NPV = 0 occurs when production decreases by 29% and when the cost of raw materials for ornamental plants and paper box packaging increases by 140%.
