      Pengaruh Kulit Kopi sebagai Pakan Domba terhadap Pertambahan Bobot di Wanoja Coffee Kabupaten Bandung

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengunaan limbah kulit kopi fermentasi terhadap bobot badan domba pada unit bisnis yang dimiliki oleh Wanoja Coffee dan pengaruh terhadap pendapatan Wanoja Coffee. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik eksperimen dengan melakukan uji coba kepada 20 ekor domba. Analisis data menggunakan analisis rancangan acak lengkap dan analisis pendapatan. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh bobot badan domba yang paling baik dihasilkan dari penggunaan kulit kopi fermentasi adalah perlakuan 3 dengan tambahan kulit kopi fermentasi kepada pakan sebesar 15%. Hasil selisih dari analisis pendapatan sebesar Rp480.000, dimana hasil tersebut adalah jumlah nilai yang dapat perusahaan tekan untuk pengeluaran dan untuk R/C ratio sesudah penggunaan kulit kopi fermentasi menghasilkan data angka sebesar 4,42.
       
      This research aims to determine the effect of using fermented coffee skin waste on the body weight of sheep in a business unit owned by Wanoja Coffee and the effect on Wanoja Coffee's income. This study uses an experimental technique by conducting a trial on 20 sheep. Data analysis uses a completely randomized design analysis and income analysis. Based on the study, the best sheep body weight produced from the use of fermented coffee skin is treatment 3 with the addition of fermented coffee skin to the feed by 15%. The difference in income analysis results is IDR 480,000, where the results are the amount of value that the company can reduce for expenses and for the R / C ratio after the use of fermented coffee skin produces data figures of 4.42.
