dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini menganalisis pemasaran bibit hortikultura pada unit bisnis Pasar Bibit Tanah Muda Jaya di Kabupaten Sukabumi, yang menghadapi masalah produksi bibit yang tidak terserap pasar. Tujuannya adalah mengidentifikasi peluang pasar, menyusun strategi pengembangan dan pemasaran, serta meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, matriks IE dan Skala Likert. Hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa posisi strategi “Tumbuh dan Membangun”, di mana turunan strateginya adalah untuk pengembangan pasar dengan fokus utama yaitu meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Dalam analisis peningkatan pendapatan, usaha dapat dinyatakan untung dengan R/C Ratio 1,1, pendapatan tahunan Rp44.741.644, penerimaan Rp550.000.000, biaya Rp502.258.356, BEP unit 809 unit/bulan, dan BEP rupiah Rp80.948.758/bulan.
dc.description.abstractThis study analyzes the marketing of horticultural seedlings at the Tanah Muda Jaya Seedling Market business unit in Sukabumi District, which faces the problem of seedling production that is not absorbed by the market. The objectives were to identify market opportunities, develop development and marketing strategies, and increase revenue. The methods used were qualitative methods, IE matrix and Likert Scale. The results show that the strategic position is “Grow and Build”, where the derivative strategy is for market development with the main focus on improving the quality of human resources. In the analysis of increasing income, the business can be declared profitable with an R/C Ratio of 1.1, annual income of IDR 44,741,644, revenue of IDR 550,000,000, costs of IDR 502,258,356, BEP unit 809 units/month, and BEP rupiah IDR 80,948,758/month.
