dc.description.abstractAkaruku Hydrofarm merupakan tempat destinasi wisata petik melon hidroponik. Akaruku Hydrofarm menghadapi masalah pada penurunan jumlah pengunjung. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung, perusahaan harus melakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pengunjung, menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung, merumuskan perbaikan atribut, dan menyusun keadaan finansial. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), laba rugi, dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung adalah perempuan usia 26-35 tahun, berdomisili di Tangerang, pendidikan terakhir sarjana, pekerjaan sebagai pegawai swasta dan pendapatan perbulan diatas Rp5.000.001. Indeks kepuasan pengunjung 80,72% yang artinya puas. Atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan kinerja atribut adalah kebersihan lokasi wisata, kelengkapan alat bantu selama berkunjung, fasilitas toilet cukup dan bersih, dan fasilitas tempat ibadah bersih. Hasil analisis R/C ratio sebesar 1,97 artinya perbaikan kinerja atribut dikatakan layak dalam meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan.
dc.description.abstractAkaruku Hydrofarm is a hydroponic melon picking tourist destination. Akaruku Hydrofarm faces a problem with the decreasing number of visitors. Increase the number of visitors, the company must make improvements to increase visitor satisfaction. This study aims to identify visitor characteristics, analyze visitor satisfaction levels, formulate attribute improvements, and compile financial conditions. The analysis methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), profit and loss, and R/C ratio. The results of the study showed that visitors were women aged 26-35 years, domiciled in Tangerang, last education was a bachelor's degree, work as a private employee and monthly income above Rp5,000,001. The visitor satisfaction index is 80.72% which means satisfied. The attributes that are the priority for improving attribute performance are the cleanliness of the tourist location, completeness of aids during the visit, adequate and clean toilet facilities, and clean places of worship facilities. The results of the R/C ratio analysis were 1,97 meaning that improvements in attribute performance were said to be feasible in increasing company revenue.
