      Pemanfaatan Limbah Cangkang Kerang Hijau Menjadi Tepung Pakan Ikan Sebagai Upaya Pengelolaan Limbah Organik di Pelabuhan

      Abstract
      Inovasi pemanfaatan limbah cangkang kerang hijau sebagai ekstrak pakan Ikan Lele Sangkuriang menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi limbah sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi produksi pakan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji proksimat laboratorium untuk mengukur kandungan nutrisi pada pakan. Selanjutnya, data pertumbuhan ikan dan rasio konversi pakan (FCR) dianalisis menggunakan metode ANOVA one way dengan software SPSS untuk menentukan perlakuan terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limbah cangkang kerang hijau yang dapat dimanfaatkan mencapai 50,4 kg per bulan dengan potensi pengurangan limbah sebesar 12,6%. Komposisi pakan terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan ulangan P4U2 yang memiliki kadar protein tertinggi dan memenuhi standar SNI 01-4087-2006 sehingga layak digunakan sebagai pakan ikan lele sangkuriang. Perlakuan P4U2 juga memberikan hasil pertumbuhan berat bobot mutlak dan FCR terbaik dibanding perlakuan lainnya. Berdasarkan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP), harga jual pelet pakan ikan lele ditetapkan sebesar Rp 15.600 per kilogram dengan margin keuntungan 30%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah cangkang kerang hijau sebagai bahan pakan ikan lele dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi sekaligus mengurangi limbah lingkungan.
       
      The innovation of utilizing green mussel shell waste as an extract for Sangkuriang catfish feed offers a solution to reduce waste while improving feed production efficiency. Data analysis was conducted through proximate laboratory tests to measure the nutritional content of the feed. Furthermore, growth performance and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were analyzed using one-way ANOVA with SPSS software to determine the best treatment. The results showed that 50.4 kg of green mussel shell waste can be utilized monthly, achieving a waste reduction potential of 12.6%. The best feed composition was found in treatment replication P4U2, which had the highest protein content and met the SNI 01-4087- 2006 standards, making it suitable for Sangkuriang catfish feed. Treatment P4U2 also yielded the best growth and FCR compared to other treatments. Based on the Cost of Production (HPP) calculation, the selling price of the catfish feed pellets was set at IDR 15,600 per kilogram with a 30% profit margin. This study demonstrates that utilizing green mussel shell waste as a feed ingredient for catfish can enhance production efficiency while reducing environmental waste.
