      Abstract
      Video promosi menjadi media yang efektif dalam memperkenalkan produk atau layanan dari institusi atau perusahaan kepada publik. Proyek ini bertujuan memproduksi video promosi untuk layanan jasa BBSPJIA Kemenperin dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI). Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE model yang mencakup tahapan Analyze, Design, Developement, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Inovasi pada video ini adalah penerapan AI berbasis text-to-image, text-to-video, dan text-to-speech untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi. Hasil proyek akhir ini menunjukkan ADDIE model mendukung proses produksi yang terstruktur dan fleksibel dan penerapan AI mampu mempercepat proses produksi tanpa mengurangi kualitas video. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi lembaga dan pelaku industri konten digital dalam mengembangkan media promosi yang informatif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan komunikasi melalui media visual.
       
      Promotional videos serve as an effective medium to introduce products or services from institutions or companies to the public. This project aims to produce promotional videos for the service types of BBSPJIA Kemenperin by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The development method applied is the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The innovation in this video lies in the application of AI based on text-to-image, text-to-video, and text-to-speech technologies to enhance production efficiency and quality. The final result of this project demonstrates that the ADDIE model supports a structured and flexible production process, and that the use of AI can accelerate production without compromising video quality. These findings provide practical contributions for institutions and digital content industry players in developing promotional media that is both informative and adaptive to the advancement of visual communication.
