      Pengelolaan Ekosistem Lamun dalam Mendukung Pemanfaatan Ekowisata yang Berkelanjutan di Pulau Harapan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Seribu

      Abstract
      Ekosistem lamun berperan penting dalam mendukung keseimbangan lingkungan pesisir berkelanjutan. Selain sebagai habitat bagi biota laut, lamun juga berkontribusi terhadap mitigasi perubahan iklim melalui penyimpanan karbon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Analisis yang dilakukan mencakup kesesuaian wisata, daya dukung kesesuaian, serta analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan dalam pengembangan ekowisata lamun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekosistem lamun di Pulau Harapan memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi ekowisata berbasis konservasi. Aktivitas ekowisata yang sesuai antara lain wisata lamun berbasis edukasi, pengamatan biota lamun, serta program rehabilitasi lamun berbasis partisipatif. Pengelolaan ekowisata lamun yang terintegrasi dengan upaya konservasi serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat lokal menjadi kunci utama dalam mendukung keberlanjutan ekosistem lamun dan meningkatkan manfaat sosial ekonomi.
       
      Seagrass ecosystems play a crucial role in supporting coastal environmental balance for suistainability. In addition to serving as a habitat for various marine biota, seagrass also contributes to climate change mitigation through carbon storage. The research methods includes field observations, interview to relevant stakeholders. The analyses conducted cover tourism suitability, carrying capacity, and SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the development of seagrass ecotourism. The research findings indicate that the seagrass ecosystem in Harapan Island have potential to be developed as a conservation based ecotourism destination. Suitable ecotourism activities include educational seagrass tours, seagrass biota observation, and participatory seagrass rehabilitation programs. Integrated seagrass ecotourism management, combined with conservation efforts and active participation from the local community, is the main key to supporting the sustainability of seagrass ecosystems and enhancing socioeconomic benefits.
