      Abstract

Broiler Parent Stock chickens in their maintenance face disease problems, one of which is endoparasite infestation which can cause stress, interfere with the process of nutrient absorption, and intestinal bleeding. The purpose of this study is to describe the prevalence and identification of endoparasites infesting broiler parent stock chickens at the Purwakarta Chicken Farm. This study used 100 samples of broiler parent stock chicken feces. Feces examination using the flotation method. The results of the examination showed the presence of Eimeria sp., in 37 feces samples examined with a prevalence of 37%. This infestation is included in the common category. Factors that cause Eimeria sp. infection in chicken farms at the Darangdan Village Chicken Farm, Purwakarta, are temperature, humidity, age and farm management.
