Pengaruh Tingkatan Tray Terhadap Parameter Penetasan Telur

Abstract

Penetasan merupakan proses perkembangan embrio didalam telur hingga telur menetas. Pengaruh tingkatan tray terhadap parameter penetasan telur merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk menghasilkan anak ayam yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh tingkatan tray pada mesin inkubasi terhadap parameter penetasan telur yang diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi sebagai acuan dalam membandingkan pengaruh tingkatan tray untuk dijadikan dasar seleksi kualitas DOC dalam membiakan ayam. Parameter yang diamati yaitu susut tetas, tingkat fertilitas, kematian embrio, dan daya tetas telur. Pengamatan ini menggunakan tiga kelompok area tray, kelompok 1 merupakan tray atas, kelompok 2 merupakan area tray tengah, dan kelompok 3 merupakan area tray bawah. Hasil pengamatan dan perhitungan dari masing-masing tidak berpengaruh terhadap persentase berat susut tetas, kematian embrio, fertilitas, dan daya tetas telur.

Hatching is the process of embryo development in the egg until the egg hatches. The effect of tray levels on egg hatching parameters is something that needs to be considered to produce quality chicks. This study aims to explain the effect of tray levels on the incubation machine on egg hatching parameters which are expected to provide information as a reference in comparing the effect of tray levels to be used as a basis for selecting DOC quality in breeding chickens. The parameters observed were hatching loss, fertility rate, embryo mortality, and egg hatchability. This observation used three groups of tray areas, group 1 was the upper tray, group 2 was the middle tray area, and group 3 was the lower tray area. The results of observations and calculations from each tray did not affect the percentage of hatching loss weight, embryo mortality, fertility and egg hatchability.
